Understanding that many venues operate with a volunteer workforce or have various staff members managing bookings, Hallmaster has been designed to accommodate multiple administrators.
In your Hallmaster dashboard, the “Administrators” tab lets you select the relevant access for each admin. This way, you can delegate tasks effectively, with some admins handling bookings, others taking care of invoicing, and perhaps one with the role of the main Hallmaster, overseeing the entire account. This includes updating prices, room descriptions, configuring invoices and emails, among other things.
Alternatively, you have the option to assign a “read-only” admin role to any of these positions. This would allow a staff member to view booking details without the ability to modify them. The choice is entirely yours!
