Hallmaster allows your customers to pay online in whichever way suits your venue best. The system can integrate with PayPal, Stripe, and Square, to allow for seamless online payment. Once set up, payments can be made directly via a link, and invoices will update automatically to show they’ve been paid, saving you time on payment reviews.
You can also set up your invoices to automatically include your venue’s banking account details, meaning that your customers can pay with a simple bank transfer if they prefer. No matter how you accept payment, whether that’s using an integrated online service such as PayPal, Stripe, or Square, or if you take bank transfers, cash or cheques – you can record a payment easily using the “Bank” icon to the right of any of your invoices and mark your invoice as “Paid”.
