Hallmaster makes it simple to cancel or delete a booking. As an administrator from the bookings page you can easily delete a booking by selecting the dustbin icon alongside the booking or edit the booking and set the status to cancelled. An email can then be sent to the customer to confirm the cancellation.
You can also give your customers permission to request changes to their bookings, this gives them the ability to login and request to cancel a date for example. An email is sent to the administrator notifying them of the change request and they can easily confirm or reject the request directly from the Hallmaster dashboard.
This makes it easy to manage the changes in your bookings without dealing with external email trails.
