We know that having access to historical information and report data for all aspects of your venue is important. That’s why we’ve made it easy and quick to find all this information in your Hallmaster account. There are a couple of ways to do this.

The first way: from your dashboard, navigate to the “Invoicing” tab in the main menu on the left of your dashboard. Here, you can use the drop-down menus to view all your invoices, sorted by status and date. Then you can either download your past and/or current invoices or export all this information directly to Excel.

The second way: navigate to the “Reports” tab, again in your main menu on the left of your dashboard. Then click on the “Invoicing” tab at the top of the reports screen. You can export invoicing data based on all kinds of factors, such as income per customer, income per activity group, or simply a list of all your invoices. You can also create your own reports using parameters that you can customise yourself. For more information on how to do this, view the reports section of this FAQ or use the “User Resources” literature that you can find on your main dashboard.
