When a customer requests a booking, this will show on your scheduler as a provisional booking, so no booking information will be available. The default for a confirmed booking is always private, however, the customer can request that their booking be public with contact details hidden or public. All the details can be reviewed by an administrator when confirming a booking.

If you are an administrator, you will be able to see all the details of all the bookings, irrespective of what privacy status they are set to.
