If you would like your customers to be able to request changes to their bookings, you can give them permission to do so within their customer settings. This can be applied to only specific customers if required.
If a customer has the relevant permission, they can edit their booking and request a change such as cancelling a specific date for example. A notification will then be sent to an administrator, and the administrator can then approve or cancel the changes and send an email to the customer. This makes managing changes to your customers bookings quick and easy for you and your customer.
