With so much great accounting software out there for businesses and organisations to use, we understand that it can be easy to find yourself using multiple pieces of software to accomplish different tasks. That’s why at Hallmaster, you can quickly export your invoices from our system into a spreadsheet ready to import, or in some cases, directly into your accounting software, depending on which accounting software you use.
This saves you time, and ultimately saves your venue money.
Used in conjunction with with Hallmaster’s Invoicing Module, generating and sending invoices to your chosen accounting software has never been simpler.
Imagine creating all of your monthly invoices and they get entered directly into your accounts system literally in a matter of seconds. If you think this sounds impossible, it’s not. Many clients using Hallaster are doing exactly that.
We have clients tell us what used to take days to calculate what time each person had used in each room or venue, work out what rate they are on for that specific event, then there’s adjustments because they cancelled or extended a booking, or added something on to the booking that required a charge…but now this takes a matter of seconds.
There is also a more manual option if you prefer where you can export your invoices for a given date range or month and then import them yourself. That takes a little longer but still saves a huge amount of time.
We currently integrate with Quickbooks, XERO, SAGE, FreeAgent, ClearBooks and Liberty, but there it’s potentially possible to use our generic integration too.
There is an additional charge to include this service but from the feedback we’ve had from the amount of time it saves and th eimproved accuracy where you don’t have to duplicate your work adding th einformation in each time, it’s worth every penny!

30For this add-on module, there is an additional fee of £30 per year (including vat). It cannot be used as a stand alone tool and can only be used in conjunction with the Hallmaster Invoicing and bought with an existing approved Hallmaster license. Please note too that this is NOT an accounting package, but can be used in conjunction with most popular accounting software. Please contact us if you would like this added to your existing license or free trial.
