You can add a link to your venue’s terms and conditions to your booking form, so your customers can view and agree to them when requesting a booking. This reduces the need to send additional documents to customers. You can add as many links to your booking form as required, for example you may have terms and conditions and wish to add your fire policy. You only need to add these links once to your venue settings and they will be available in your booking form for all your customers.

You can also add hyperlinks to your email templates ensuring your customers have access to all the required information.
