Hallmaster offers an easy to use recurring booking feature, when a customer is requesting a booking they will see the recurring booking option. Once the customer checks this box, they can choose how often this booking recurs, and on which dates. For example, they can make it weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc. Customers can then add or delete specific dates as they wish. This makes it easy for a customer to request a booking for the next six months for example with any holiday dates removed.

Hallmaster won’t ever allow double bookings. When your customer is setting up a recurring booking, Hallmaster will automatically check each recurring date and time and let the customer know if there is a clash. The customer will not be able to continue with the recurring booking until this clash is dealt with.
