Yes, Hallmaster is designed to manage external spaces effectively. You can create as many spaces as required within your Hallmaster account.
To create a new space, go to Admin and then to Rooms/Facilities. Click on the green “Create New Room” button to start setting up your space. Here you can enter a description, decide how it will appear on your scheduler, and specify the opening and closing times.
In Hallmaster, “Create New Room” is a general term used for creating any space, regardless of whether it’s technically a room or not.
