The flexibility to add additional fields to the booking form is crucial for many venues, as it allows for the capture of vital information at the time booking and minimises the need for follow-up by administrators.

Hallmaster makes it straight forward to add your additional fields and there are various options such as Checkbox, Yes/No, Text, Number fields, URL tick box and a select list, providing you the function to create your own drop down list for the customer to select from. These fields can be set to required, so the customer must provide a response to proceed and can also be hidden from the public if being used for internal use.
