We completely understand that many of our customers are volunteers at their venues and may have very little or no experience using computer systems. That’s precisely why we’ve concentrated on designing Hallmaster to be user-friendly and intuitive for individuals across all levels of technical proficiency.

The great thing about the Hallmaster system is in its one-time setup. Once completed, you can generate bookings and invoices with just a few clicks.

When you register for a trial of Hallmaster, the setup wizard will automatically walk you through a step-by-step process that will get you well on your way to using the system. This includes guiding you through adding your rooms, facilities, and hire charges. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have all the information to hand as you can always skip a section and come back later.

It’s important to get your account set up correctly as it will save you and your colleagues a huge amount of time moving forwards, so if required, we can schedule a convenient time for a video call and either talk you through a specific part of the system, or go through a general overview of all the main features. We also provide ticketing and telephone support to assist you with any queries you may have as well as pre-recorded videos you can watch at your convenience.

Once these are all set up, bookings and invoices will always be just a few clicks away, saving you time and keeping your records organised automatically.
