When a customer makes a booking request at your venue, it will show up in your booking calendar as a provisional booking. The calendar will mark the date and time as occupied, but no additional details will be displayed.

When customers make a booking request, they have the option to keep the entire booking private. In this scenario, the scheduler will only display a blocked-out section labelled “Private Booking” to the public. Alternatively, customers can choose to make the booking public while keeping their contact details private, or they can opt to make both the booking and their contact details public. By default, bookings are private, and no information is displayed until the booking is confirmed.
