Many individuals prefer to book venues for their events over the phone or face-to-face. Hallmaster accommodates various booking methods. When a customer phones your office to request a reservation, you or your venue’s Hallmaster can promptly enter the booking into the calendar through the dashboard. Like all Hallmaster features, this process is designed to be swift and straightforward.

The system does require an email address per customer and if they don’t have one, you can either use your own administrator email address – this would assign the booking against your profile – or better still, just make up an email and use that instead. eg: janeford@ourvenue.org. If they get an email address later on, you can just update their profile and all their bookings will remain with them.
