The Charges Matrix allows you to create a variety of hire charges tailored to your venue’s needs. Charges can be set as either hourly or fixed rates, according to your preferences. You can also create charges for individual customers which may have a historic or bespoke rate. Once setup charges can be applied to your individual customers. We are available to assist you in setting up your charges matrix in an online training session if required.
You can also add a price rate period for when your hire charges are increasing so the correct charge is applied to the booking according to the booking date.
