Technical information about this website’s accessibility
Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard. The ‘non-compliances’ are listed below.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.
Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
- The focus order of the page is not logical when navigating with a keyboard or screen reader within the colour picker element, this fix is being implemented with the developers of the library and updated once a fix is in place. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.4.3 Focus Order.
- When tabbing through the page, a visible focus indicator is either absent or insufficiently distinct on the colour picker element on certain colour cells, making it difficult for keyboard users to track their position. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.4.7 Focus Visible.
- In the FAQs section, the rows within the ‘Resources/FAQ’ section cannot be accessed using speech recognition software, limiting usability for users relying on voice commands. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value.
- Users are not informed when some additional content is displayed, which may cause screen reader users to miss important information during navigation. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 4.1.3 Status Messages.
What we’re doing to improve accessibility
We are always working on ways of improving the software and have an ongoing schedule of updates and enhancements that will be released on a rolling basis.
