• Photos of the door(s) you’d like smart locks on
• A short description of how you’ll use them (e.g. one building, multiple access points, community venue, etc.)
• The number of locks you’re considering

This helps us tailor the perfect solution for you.

Step 3: Get a Free Quote

Once we have your info, we’ll send a free, no-obligation quote that includes:

• The cost to supply and install the smart lock(s)
• Monthly RemoteLock licence fee (£6–£9 per lock, based on quantity)
• Our premium service package, which covers: 24/7 support, Product & installation warranty, Full programming and testing included

Step 4: Schedule Your Installation

Ready to go ahead?
We’ll arrange a convenient installation date and confirm:

• Site access info
• Login credentials for RemoteLock (if applicable)
• Your preferences for lock programming & access control

No setup fees – just smart service from the start.

Step 5: Professional Lock Installation

On the day, the tech will

• Install the locks
• Set them up on the locks internal app – which is then uploaded to the software

This can be done at any point

Step 6: Seamless System Integration

We’ll ensure:

• Your locks are working perfectly in the RemoteLock app
• Integration with Hallmaster’s Door Access Module is fully set up – so door access syncs automatically with bookings

Step 7: Training & Handover

We won’t leave you guessing. We’ll walk you through:

• How to use the RemoteLock app
• Setting access permissions remotely
• How Hallmaster and RemoteLock work together
