Register - If you are a venue owner
Once you have registered, you can enter the necessary information about your hall, room or venue. All booking requests will be emailed to you and the relevant events automatically booked.
You can then automatically confirm the booking to the customer and send a payment request too. The status of the booking is updated on the calendar on the website for you, enabling you to keep track of all the bookings for your hall or venue.
HallMaster can also be seamlessly integrated into your existing website if you have one
Book - If you are looking for a venue
Those registered with Hallmaster will have a link on the Hallmaster section of their website, which shows availability. Select the venue and session you want to book, you are prompted for basic information such as contact details and a brief description of the booking you wish to hold.
The person responsible for looking after the bookings at the venue is emailed with the enquiry and the calendar is automatically updated to say that a provisional booking has been made.
If you are looking for clubs and events
The HallMaster Directory allows you to search for specific events or classes in your area.
Feedback Blog
One of the unique features of Hallmaster is our feedback blog. Once an event has been held, the person who held the event can post information about the event, how well it went, what the highlights were. They can also upload up to 10 pictures that are connected with the event to further enhance the feedback blog.
